We strongly recommend you begin by visiting us in Wootton, to see the quality of what we supply, to discover some of the options available to you and to talk through your requirements with one of our design team, who will be your contact throughout the process. We’d like to get an idea of how you use the room(s) in question.
We require three things to begin with: the design brief you give us (what you want to be included in the design and what you want to achieve); the rough budget you want us to work to; and the actual size of the room(s) concerned. We will either measure them or – if this is a new build – work from the architects’ plans that you supply.
We will then develop the brief into an initial design and present this to you in our studio, where we can show you specific products and take you through the plans on-screen in our presentation area, including 3D perspectives that you can move through virtually, to get a variety of views.
We then repeat the no-obligation process to hone the design until you are happy.
Once we have a design and approximate price that you like, we conduct a survey of the room with one of our fitters, who will check the practical details of the installation and make a more accurate fit costing than the designer’s initial estimate.
Once the design process is complete, signed off and deposit paid, our designer undertakes the behind-the-scenes technical drawing work required to ensure that each element is manufactured correctly. We then coordinate the project, based on an agreed installation time and ordering the goods to arrive as needed.

Each project is carefully installed by members of our highly skilled fitting team, several of whom have been with us for decades. They work seamlessly with our designers.
